The most notable feature of these garages are the aircraft hanger doors, that open to the full width of the garages, even door widths up to 40'. Located within the shadow of the Palm Springs Airport, nothing could be more convenient

    The popularity of these garages is pretty much off the hook. There have been very few that have come up for resale, with even fewer rentals. The sales prices tend to be at the upper end of the price spectrum. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to purchase one of these.

    Ownership Costs (As of 2024) -
