Instructions

Use this form to select your garage. Prices are located on the right. You must enter a first choice and a second choice using the garage ID number shown on either the site plan or the price list. Once you submit the form you will be notified which unit you have been awarded by email within about 1 hour after submission.

Within 24 hours after completing the form below, you will receive your Reservations Form via email from Docusign, an electronic document signing service. Simply sign the form online, and follow the instructions for remittance of your refundable deposit.

If you need help, please call 714-928-0527 (Ted) The early reservations are limited to only 10 garages. Once 10 garages have been reserved, this page will be removed.

There is a required $10,000 refundable deposit, held in your escrow account, payable to First American Title.

Do not make your check payable to Luxtor.

We can not accept Pay Pal or credit cards. You do not need to send a cashiers check. A personal check is fine. You will have seven days from the date on the Reservations Form to send in your funds. Funds not received within seven days will cause the Reservation to be terminated. Please follow the remittance instructions on the Reservations Form only.
